We’re hiring for two seasonal positions at our Cape Cod organic farm. Looking for friendly, reliable team members who enjoy working with people and being part of a small farm community.
CSA Coordinator & Farm Stand
Manage CSA memberships, payments, and weekly emails
Respond to emails and use Google Docs for coordination
Coordinate pickups and maintain a clean, welcoming farm stand
Provide customer service and handle transactions (Square & cash)
Preferred: Knowledge of vegetables, cooking, and cut flowers.
Farm Hand
Physical, hands-on agricultural work including planting, harvesting, and field upkeep
Use hand tools and small farm machinery
Work outdoors daily as part of a team
Preferred: Agricultural experience is a plus but not required. Must be reliable, able to perform physical labor, and work well with others.
